Lizzy Cahall advanced to OHSAA Regionals!
Senior Elizabeth Cahall competed at the OHSAA Regional Championships 10/26/2024 after qualifying as an individual at the district meet on 10/19/2024. At the region race in Troy she finished 18th place with a season best time of 20:08. Lizzy had an amazing high school cross country career. Our seniors Lizzy, Ariel and Alexis will be missed in 2025.
SBAAC League All Stars Announced
The 2024 SBAAC league All Stars were announced after the finish of the league championship races on 10/12/2024! First Team All Stars were Lizzy Cahall, Lydia Klump and Jade Osman. Finishing Second Team All Star was Ariel Riddle. Great job Ladies!
Gtown Junior High CC teams compete at OHSSA State Meet!
The Georgetown Jr High CC teams competed at the OHSAA State 7th & 8th Grade Post Season Invitational on 10/20?24 at Obetz! Allie Tolle capped off her amazing season with a 4th place finish in her race!

Georgetown Cross Country star Allie Tolle finished out her 8th grade season with a 4th place finish in her race at the OHSAA Post Season Invitational. Allie won every regular season race she competed in during the 2024 season and finished as the SBAAC league champion! Great job Allie! We can't wait to see Allie compete at the high school level.
2024 Georgetown Run-A-Thon huge success!
The 2024 Georgetown Cross Country Run-A-Thon was held on July 26, 2024. Thousands of dollars were raised in pledges and donations during the annual event! Will Haus raised the most money this year. Mileage leaders for each group this year included Lizzy Cahall, Lydia Klump, Xavier Wellerding, Gabe Klump and McKella Housh. Thank you to everyone who helped, participated and donated to the event!
2024 Youth Running Camp News!
The 2024 Vern Hawkins Youth Summer Running Camp was June 17-20, 2024. Campers played games and learned about a healthy lifestyle. The highlights of the week were a one mile race and nightly motivational talks by guest speakers. Thank you to all the high school students, coaches, sponsors and parents who helped with the camp this year. We are excited and already planning for the June 2025 youth running camp!
Georgetown CC at League Banquet!
The SBAAC Fall Sports banquet was held 11/8/23 in Hamersville. The Lady G-Men were presented their SBAAC National Division championship trophy. League first team All Star Awards were presented to Lydia Klump, Lizzy Cahall and Jacob Faught. Coach McHenry was presented the Coach of the Year Award. 2023 was a great season!
